Standard - One Bedroom Holiday Unit

Unit #4 had a partial renovation in late 2019 and offers a great calming space to relax in.   It is ideal for a couple, or family with small kids.  The pricing includes up to 2 guests, a set of bunks (2 Single Beds) can be added by choosing a 3rd or 4th guest. 

  • The Bedroom has a Queen Bed (a bunkset of Single Beds can be added at an extra charge on request).  Our linen is supplied by a professional linen company and is of a high standard.  Included is sheeting, blankets, quilts, pillows, towels, face cloths, bath mat, hand towel and tea towels
  • The spacious living area offers reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, a dining setting, a leather lounge setting to relax on, TV/DVD and free WIFI.
  • Your private fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized fridge/freezer, a freestanding electric oven/cooktop, microwave and everything you need to prepare, serve and eat your meals.
  • Your private bathroom includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid Soap and Toilet Paper.  
  • There is a laundry between Units #3 and #4 for you to use during your stay free of charge and a washing line onsite to dry your washing.
  • Complimentary Coffee, Tea, Sugar and Fresh Milk are supplied for arrival.
  • Free parking is available without reservation in front of your apartment and we can accommodate a boat or trailer (just let us know on booking).
  • Self Check - In is available from 2pm

Please note that our Holiday Units are Self Contained and are not serviced during your stay, only on departure.  There are basic cleaning supplies in your Unit for you to use.  We are happy to supply a fresh linen pack every 4th day of your stay free of charge.  You will be required to notify us the night before that you would like fresh linen.  In the morning we ask that you leave your dirty linen in a rubbish bag outside your door.  We will replace it with the fresh linen pack.  If you would like more frequent linen changes, we are happy to supply this for you but it will incur further charges.
